Staying Overnight

Tuesday, June 29, 2010

While looking for bags for this post I came across some awesome messenger bags and overnight bags.  And guess where they're all from?  Urban Outfitters :D

Israeli Inspired

I'm not sure if I mentioned this here or not, but I got accepted to Hebrew University for a study abroad program! To get ready I'm trying to save up for a new camera lens, a really good camera bag, and a durable leather backpack. Here are some packs that I'm loving at the moment.  Any suggestions is appreciated!

  1. Campfire Stories Pack
  2. Clava Leather Backpack
  3. Piel Leather Backpack
  4. Muntam Faux Leather Bag
  5. Ecotoe Canvas Bag I know this one isn't a leather bag, but I still love it!

Mixing Patterns

Totally love this look.  I love mixing patterns and this gal did it to perfection.  Even down to her sunglasses!

Yellowstone, Part Two

Here is another post from the day we went to Yellowstone.
This was one of the prettiest geysers we saw!

Yellowstone

Yesterday on our way out of Jackson we made a stop to see the infamous Yellow stone Park and the Old Faithful geyser.  Besides Old Faithful there were tons of other ones to see! It's amazing to me to see the beautiful colors and creativity that makes up each geyser.
I have a ton of photos from this place so I'm going to do another post with more pictures from Yellowstone.

Teton Mountains Meets Jenny Lake

Here are some pictures from yesterday when we left Jackson, WY and headed out for the trek back home.  These pictures are of the Teton Mountains and of Jenny Lake.

Eight

I have lots of pictures to share with you but right now we are back on the road and the internet isn't so great out here in the desert : )

We have eight more days until we finally arrive back home. I can't WAIT to get back home and actually have something to fill my days with. It's getting a bit boring driving for 10 hours a day 5 days in a row.

I hope you all are well : )
If you think about it, please pray for me.
I need God's comfort right now.

Post from the Road: Jackson Hole Rode (Day 15)

Sunday, June 27, 2010

Yesterday we went to the Jackson Hole rodeo where we got our fill of bull riding, calf roping, and barrel racing. This little cowboy I photographed here actually ended up winning a little bull riding! I couldn't believe they let kids this young ride small bulls!
Has anyone who reads this blog been to a rodeo before? How did you like it?
To me it was actually kind of scary.  One guy had to go to the hospital (NOT COOL!) and another one was trampled by a bull too. I really don't like watching people get hurt which is why I also can't watch wrestling.
